Chef Asaf Vaknin

Chef Asaf Vaknin is a culinary innovator with an impressive career spanning over two decades. With extensive experience in the culinary arts, Asaf is renowned for his ability to create unique and modern kosher dishes, redefining the boundaries of traditional cuisine and introducing fresh, exciting flavors to the kosher culinary world.

Beyond his work in the kitchen, Asaf is a dedicated educator. He devotes his time to mentoring children and teenagers, teaching them the art of cooking and inspiring them to discover their culinary talents. His approachable personality and creative teaching style foster strong bonds with his students, who not only admire his skills but also love learning from him. Asaf's ability to connect with the younger generation makes him a beloved figure in both the culinary and educational fields.

Chef Olga Waknin

Chef Olga Waknin is a powerhouse of professionalism and excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in senior hotel management, restaurant management, and event production, along with a professional chef's certification from the esteemed Holiday Inn International Institute.

Olga’s remarkable career includes several prominent roles. She served as
the chef of the Italian restaurant at the Caesar Hotel, worked as a food critic for Hilton Hotels, and held the position of Food and Beverage Manager for the Sheraton and Marriott hotel chains.

With over 30 years of experience, Olga has mastered the art of managing and producing large-scale, high-profile events for leading companies in Israel and worldwide. Her expertise lies in executing events with precision, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has earned her a stellar reputation, combining culinary talent with top-level event production skills.
